Santaneshwor Mahadev temple is about an hour’s drive from the valley’s main city area. A bit outside of the city, you may expect some fresh air and beautiful landscape.
What to Expect :
When you arrive at Santaneshwor bus park, you’ll need to climb up to the temple. With 365 steps leading to the top, remember to take a deep breath and start your ascent. If you’re visiting during the monsoon season, be extra careful while climbing up, as the steps can be slippery.
